Every human feels anxiety on occasion; it is a part of life. All of us know what it is like to feel worry, nervousness, fear, and concern. If you have good driving history, the best way to deal with anxiety while driving is to always think that you are a capable driver. Reaffirm to yourself that you are a good driver and nothing bad is about to happen.

This disorder fills a person's life with worry, anxiety, and fear. People who have this disorder are always thinking and dwelling on the "what ifs" of every situation. It can also cause medication dependency, which is not good.
