You can be part of a group, you will be placed with others seeking similar help. You could also just go at it alone if you prefer. This can be a little expensive as a form of treatment, but it is worth it. You just have to stick with the session.

The last option is known as telepsychiatry, this may not be known to many. You make contact with your psychiatrist through the telephone, video calls as well as via e-mails. This is a more convenient way of communicating with them. You will not need to be anywhere specific, you just have to make time to talk.
