Do you often experience pain in your head area like you have a very tight band around it? If this pain comes whenever you are having stress, then chances are you might be having an anxiety tension headache. We all experience headaches occasionally. Sometimes, it is not just a mere headache but it can actually be a symptom of an underlying illness.

Tension headaches are probably one of the most common types of headache, yet a lot of people don't have any idea what it really is. In truth, the specific cause of tension headaches still remains unknown. Medical experts used to believe that tension headache root from muscle contraction in your face and neck area that may be caused by anxiety, tension, stress or other strong emotions. Modern studies by the International Headache Society emphasizes that there is no connection between head pain and muscle tension as evident in several electromyogram tests. Studies conducted show that there were no relevant muscle activities that may these headaches.

The symptoms of anxiety and panic disorders during pregnancy could include shortness of breath, racing heartbeats, hot flashes and dizziness. But there are also psychological effects which include fear of losing control, fear of dying and fear of inadequacy. Aside from stress and anxiety, tension headaches can be triggered by lack of good posture. Hormonal changes, like during menstruation or pregnancy can also cause tension headaches. Skipping meals and lack of sleep is also not a good thing. Exercise or any physical activity is recommended. When people experience these changes feeling of anxiety usually comes from fear. This fear is the root of all problems. The best way your friend or relative can offer is to help you cope with fear. This fear gives you different perspective in life after the breakup. There are two ways that you can cope with your break up. You could say that this person is intended for me and you will never get better without him/her. And you can say that you want to be with this person for the rest of your life. This first view is a negative outlook, that fears to lose someone will give you the feeling of anxiety.

Even though everyone lives with stress, only a relatively small percentage of us experience anxiety attacks and/or panic attacks. This fact leads us to secondary anxiety. People who experience panic attacks are not people who experience greater amounts of stress than people who do not experience panic attacks. Also, people who experience panic attacks are not somehow inferior to people who do not experience them. Finally, there is nothing mentally or physically wrong with a person who has panic attacks.In most cases, people who have panic attacks have them because they do not deal properly deal with the primary bouts of anxiety that occur in their lives. For example, we all have to face our bosses and get berated from time to time. We all have to face up to things even when we don't want to. On top of that, we all get jilted, ignored and all of our cars break down once in a while.

Why stuck your self from the situation you don't even want to be. Go out and mingle with others. Overcome the fear that you cannot live without him or her. You are not the only person with this kind of situation. Who knows you might meet someone who is much more deserving of the love you give. Check your self in the mirror maybe you are getting fat go to the gym and lose some weight. Enjoy life.Dealing with anxiety is a difficult thing to do but if you will able to know how to deal with it properly it will never be a problem. The important thing in coping with breakup is the acceptance that your relationship has ended. There is no such thing as perfect relationship. Never lose hope after the break up. Instead be thankful that you were able to overcome it and survive the pain of breaking up. Let go and surely you will be happy in the end.
