Permanent cosmetics training is an actual education cosmetology course that trains and certifies individuals interested in the application of certain cosmetic procedures. Students will show their knowledge and precision by perform makeup techniques on lambskins before they have the opportunity to perform techniques on models. Instructors will most likely want to see if students are capable of applying lip liners, eyeliners and creating eyebrows.

After the initial first day, classes will involve the instructor demonstrating various cosmetic procedures. Students will them perform the same procedures under the watchful eye of the instructor. The class will then end with the completion of the practical, oral, and written examinations. Often times the sixty hour course will be divided into five classes. Since the course is very concentrated with material and requires the attention of a professionally trained instructor, students will have to be prepared to become very comfortable.
