How to Change Your Life Today

Do you wish you could figure out how to change your life today? Do you wish you were healthier, leaner, smarter, more creative, could heal faster, or could develop your sixth sense? Do you wish you could stop smoking, drink less alcohol, or lose weight? I understand how you feel. I had a shoulder injury that just would not heal even with 6 weeks of physical therapy. I used my self-healing self hypnosis session, and less than a week later, my shoulder significantly improved - more strength, no more pain, and it stopped popping out of joint all the time.

Truth is, you do have the power to have, be and do whatever you want, and you can manifest your desires. You have the power within you to change your life, to bring in the abundance you've been yearning for. You can do so by changing the way you presently think.

Your thoughts are your most powerful asset. The way you think literally creates the life that you live. You are living your life now exactly in line with how you've been thinking up until now. If you constantly have worrisome thoughts about how you're going to pay your bills, you will increase your worry and have more bills to pay. Worse yet, if you continually worry about your financial situation, there will be increasingly more to worry about.

Have you ever thought about changing something in your life such as starting a new career, learning a foreign language or getting more fit? Maybe you have even attempted to do new things or change old behavior patterns, but your enthusiasm didn't last too long. And you gave up. It happened because habits are actions we make unconsciously. We just feel like we need to do a certain thing without asking ourselves why we have to or what is in it for us.There are important changes in our lives that compel us to modify at least a part of our habits. This arrives for instance when we finish school and start working or when we get married, or leave our parents' home and move in our own place. In all these cases, we cut sharply the connection with an old familiar environment and have to adapt to a new one. When we feel at ease in our new environment, it means that the new habits are installed.

Here's how to change your life in one single step: feed your mind with positive situations and material items you have in your life, and be grateful for them. Be grateful you're alive, be grateful that you have a roof over your head, that you have clothes to wear, that you have a TV, a computer, a car or money to take public transportation, a job. As you focus on the great things that you already have in your life, you will shift your focus from the gloomy and negative to the bright and positive. And when you are grateful for those situations and items you will manifest more of them. For you to become happy in life, have happy thoughts; be more aware of the happy moments that you have, focus on them, be grateful for them and you will have more happy moments to enjoy.This may take some discipline on your part, but, if you want your life to improve, it's important that you take control of your thoughts; switch your negative and gloomy thoughts and turn them into bright, positive and grateful thoughts.

Move away from worrying about money or your bills. Instead, think about the amount of money you already have, be grateful for it and see how it allows you to pay for the things you want.That's what the Law of Attraction is about: like attracts like. You are currently living the life that you created with your past thoughts. You can now choose to create a better life by utilising your most powerful possession, your thoughts, to bring in more of the great things to your life. How to change your life can be a one step process: focus on the things you already have that are good in your life, and focus on the things you DO want. Do NOT dwell on the things you do NOT want.
