12 Step Meetings is a great place to meet others who have experienced the same thing you are experiencing. Start by searching for 12 Step Meetings around your area. Various types of people with different kinds of problems go to various types of meetings. Try to go to as many meetings within your area or better yet, try to attend 90 meetings in 90 days. In these meetings, you will be given essential information about stopping.
