Expert Astral Projection Help Guide

By Barbara Gibson

Astral projection is a unique experience where you feel as though the soul is floating over the body. This is why it is referred to as Out of Body Experience. The experience is totally beyond normal. In an attempt to provide the much needed astral projection help, experts have prepared a guide on how to maximize the experience and differentiate it from any other.

You must understand the astral experience and how it is distinguished from others. It is a feeling where the soul seems to exit the body. It is achieved by people who engage in deep meditation, dreamers and can even be experienced when you are awake. One can communicate with other projectors or access records or incidences that do not exist at the moment.

Lucid dreams must never be confused with projections. There is a level of consciousness involved during projections that is different from dreams. Lucid dreams also give you the power to manipulate the circumstances and actions as opposed to projections where you are only in control of where the soul travels to. During lucid dreams, you travel with your body. Projections require the separation of the soul from body.

The rope technique is popular and sometimes used unconsciously. You are supposed to envision tied on the roof above you. Imagine that your hand is stretching towards this rope. Other than move the body, it is the soul that moves towards the rope. As you concentrate and keep moving, the body will be left lying as the soul moves towards the rope. You are left with a soul that you can manipulate and take it to any direction you wish.

Consciously fall asleep. Have you ever caught yourself falling asleep? This sounds almost impossible by human standards. You are required to stay conscious as you slip into sleep mode. Appreciate by recognizing every sensation you feel in the process. The heaviness and buziness you feel are what will help you remain conscious. Once your body falls asleep, your soul is now ready for manipulation.

Wake to bed approach has been used by a lot of people without knowing. This is where the mind is fully awake but the body falls back to sleep. A perfect example is when you wake up before the alarm. The mind remains awake but body slips back to sleep. As this separation happens, there is a floating feeling with a heavy body that remains trapped in bed. A spirit is set free to go anywhere you wish.

Some people have termed projections as demonic. This view is common among the religious people but has not been scientifically proven. The secret is to maintain control over your soul and body. Set limits to what you can do during this experience. Do not push this experience too far. Guard what the body or mind experiences because you are in control. Study what other people have experienced. This will guide you on what to do.

To achieve effective projections, you must create the right atmosphere. This is why the most successful people perform these projections at night and when alone. Remember that any distraction like people talking will wake you up. Identify an environment that works for you which includes a body in a state of full relaxation.
