A lot of people will be unrealistic and they won't set a time frame. It is important to know how much you can take on. Most people find that moving in baby steps can be more helpful.

There should be something to work towards, and this differs from one person to the next. Many young adults will check in with their coach from time to time. It allows them to see that they are on track. They may have slipped, and in a case like this, they will have to work on a few techniques to help keep them grounded.
