Play games that are friendly, but remember to make the child win. This is almost automatic for kids because they are full of energy. Join them in solving puzzles and coming up with solutions. They want to climb tables or jump from high places. Provide a safe solution. However, do not take over the challenge. Help them walk on the wall or jump extraordinary heights. You become a hero-enabler to them.

Make them as happy as possible even when they do not have a reason to be happy. Create a culture and routine of laughter around the children. This becomes ingrained into their lives in a way that it is impossible to erase. Keeping these children happy will no longer be an uphill task.

Sharing experiences with your children is the best way to keep them lighthearted and pleasant. These moments will not just come. You have to create them by sharing activities and becoming their source of joy.
