The more problems get identified in the process, solutions get worked out and applied for them and results are reviewed, the more complete and long-lasting the learning becomes.

There is more reasons to it and can just be described as change-oriented, also the emphasis on learning has on supplementing and refocusing the manager s skills and accelerating the learning of high potential or recently promoted staff members.
