This is one reason that wv women have formed a unique organization that will really help these individuals in so many ways. During the course of time these females are given sexual harassment training, job skill training, information on job retention and higher education information.
The program was founded more than a decade ago and it has been going strong since the beginning. All of the unique instructors that work for this place will take the time to educate their pupils on career goals, budgeting and resume writing. There are no major problems as long as everyone involved within this program has reached their eighteenth birthday. It would also help if they have a high school education.
These individuals should also have a driver's license, have access to transportation, speak basic English, maintain a stable living situation and not suffer from any type of mental illness. Each person should be fit for any type of physical labor and not suffer from any chronic ailments. As long as the students meet each criterion they will more than likely have a successful career path.
Resumes are very essential when it comes to landing the best job around and everyone knows this for a fact. People should always have a good resume with them whenever they are applying for any job position that is posted. A resume can tell the employer many things about the person who is about to be hired.
Many companies do not even hire an applicant unless they have this unique tool handy. Since this course was specifically designed for females they are given instructions on how to handle a harassing employer. The ladies understand that electrical and construction jobs are mostly dominated by males and sometimes this can cause major problems.
There are some industries which employ many males who have a tendency to disrespect the opposite sex. They do not like the idea of females becoming their supervisor or co-workers. Males usually talk about females in a negative way whenever they are not around. Everyone knows that male construction workers only see these damsels as objects who were placed on this Earth for sexual reasons.
If a male were to say something negative in front of a female then he could be brought up on sexual harassment charges. While taking these classes each person is tutored on how to spot someone who is being sexually abusive on a job. Fortunately men have learned how to control their behavior because of these sessions that the ladies receive.
