Fight And Overcome Your Daily Dread

By Janine Hughes

Each of us has its own worries, fears, and frustrations. We are always confronted with various problems in life whether it involves money, reaching a dream, losing a loved one, overcoming self, and searching for meaning about life. For some reason, troubles have meaning and purpose. It will make you strong over time and it will make your faith stronger.

There are several methods or techniques in order to help you out of trouble. When you are facing the daily dread, you need to divert your attention and do some productive activities. Acceptance is the hardest part of the journey but with enough support group and love from the people around you, the process will be easy.

Emotions are difficult to control whenever the source of the distraction is about the things or people near to you. Consider emotions as traitors. Never make decisions when emotionally stable because you will likely make mistakes and end up in deep regrets. That is why every move has its own consequence. When that comes, be sure you're ready, if not then more trouble occurs.

Without fear, there is no courage from the very famous quote of anonymous. So you have to face your fears first before you could actually fight them. Writing them is the best first step. After writing what troubles you, read them aloud. Finding the solutions might be difficult when your head is clouded with doubts.

When doubts cover your eyes and you cannot see clearly, you usually step back and are scared. Doubts are the enemy. Those little voices telling you that you will fail and you can't do it. Only our minds can eradicate these negative things. Believing in yourself and inner strength is your assets. Be prudent in making decisions, if you're not sure stop and think.

The painful truth about regret is that time continuous and mistakes will be left engraved in hard stone and you will think of them as your lesson. People we usually look up to are those men and women who overcome their greatest fears and they look beyond the imperfections. It is very difficult to be grateful when everything seems so wrong.

We settle our own troubles and you cannot blame others for what happened to you. You are the criminal yourself. You allowed it to happen. You allowed yourself to get hurt. This makes us humans when we allowed things to happen and suffer for what we have done. Others will break down to the point of no return and that is scary.

Some go crazy, literally crazy. Get some help from a psychiatrist and undergo counseling and medication program that will take months or even years. At least, these people are trying to help their selves out of that pit. Well, some prefer to focus their attention with their faith and trust God from above to do miracles.

Believe in him and everything will be alright. Sometimes, things happen unexpectedly. Have will power to go on and be free.
